Leadership

Cassandra Sanford, CEO and co-founder, is responsible for the operation and management of KellyMitchell. Cassandra has nearly a decade of experience in the professional services industry for Fortune 500 corporations, with a specialized focus in technology consulting. Her experience reaches into business strategy, business development, human resources, and finance. Her background includes hands-on experience in recruitment, sales, and account management. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and a J.D. in Corporate Law from Saint Louis University. In addition, she is a licensed attorney by the Missouri Bar Association.

Mark LoCigno, President and co-founder, is responsible for the direction of sales and account management. Mark possesses a strong technical background coupled with ten years of technology consulting experience. He functioned as a programmer/analyst for six years prior to his experience in professional services. He has extensive experience in recruiting, sales, and account management for Fortune 500 companies. He holds a B.S in Engineering from Parks College of St. Louis University and an Executive M.B.A. from Washington University.
