Employee Retention Increases

We’ve said it before – 2010 has been great for unemployment. In the rollercoaster of the recession, we are definitely on our way back to the top.

Yesterday, the U.S. Burearu of Labor Statistics released yet another figure to support that. As of January 2010, the median number of years that wage and salary workers had been with their current employers was 4.4. This statistic is only calculated every two years, and in 2008 was at 4.1. Great news for the job market!
