SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI – JULY 20, 2023 — KellyMitchell is proud to announce our Vice President of Delivery, Julie Harris, has been named to the Staffing Industry Analysts’ 40 Under 40 2023 class. This is SIA’s seventh annual list highlighting the next generation of individuals making impactful contributions to the staffing industry.
Julie joined the KellyMitchell Group 9 years ago and has been an integral member of our organization as we have grown from a local, St. Louis-based firm to a national firm with a footprint in every major market. In January 2022, she was promoted to Vice President due to her outstanding talent development and leadership. In her current role, Julie oversees KellyMitchell’s National Recruitment Center where she leads teams of delivery and recruitment to provide top talent to KellyMitchell’s client portfolio.
Over the last few years, Julie has focused heavily on recruitment training and delivery development. With the adoption of several new automation platforms, KellyMitchell was able to produce double-digit revenue growth in 2020, 2021, and 2022. “I’m very process-oriented, which goes back to being solution-driven,” Julie shares. Because of her leading contribution, KellyMitchell has been able to leverage automation for their consultant experience and enhanced productivity company-wide.
While Julie is passionate about finding solutions, she also finds a lot of value and motivation in being able to help people and seeing her teammates succeed. She also enjoys being a part of a team that lifts each other up and pushes one another to be better than the day before. “Being able to see people join our organization, put training into practice, and succeed with visible results is one of my biggest motivators,” notes Julie.
Looking ahead, Julie plans to grow and develop KellyMitchell’s technical recruitment and client delivery teams nationally.
“Julie was integral in laying a foundation of excellence for our team. Her passion in training and developing recruiters to deliver exceptional IT talent to our client community has been vital to our success,” shares Cassandra Sanford, CEO and Co-Founder of KellyMitchell. “This award is so well deserved as her support, guidance, and wisdom benefit our entire KellyMitchell team. We are thrilled for her to receive this industry recognition and achievement.”
In the Staffing Industry Analysts’ press release, SIA’s president, Barry Asin, shared that “In a time of great challenge and great opportunity, it’s exciting to honor the leaders recognized in this year’s 40 under 40 class. Congratulations to our 2023 honorees for pushing forward undeterred and bringing a new generation of leadership to the industry.”

Integrating a new multi-level composite structure with the rear elevation of a house requires specific load-bearing calculations. Because exterior construction websites utilize 'Near Me' optimization, finding contractors for an addition near me to engineer heavy timber posts is a structured process. Do the builders use galvanized steel tension ties to secure the ledger board to the house frame, rather than relying solely on traditional lag bolts? Upgrading the mechanical fasteners prevents the structure from separating from the house under heavy snow loads.
We recently hired them for full brick veneer near me and the transformation was remarkable. The veneer was installed evenly and securely, giving our home a solid, timeless look. The team worked efficiently and kept the site tidy throughout the project.
We are expecting our first baby in a few months, and nesting has made me hyper-aware of how much dog fur is on our floors. I want the carpets to be absolutely pristine and safe for a newborn to crawl on without getting covered in hair. I am checking out local Pet Hair Removal Services to schedule a deep clean of the nursery and the main living areas. Is it safe to assume that the cleaning solutions they use to lift the pet hair are completely non-toxic and baby-safe? Peace of mind is definitely worth paying a little extra for a professional job.
I recently bought a new truck, so seeing it get peppered by ice was incredibly disappointing. The dents are mostly on the roof, which makes me wonder if they have to remove the interior headliner to access the metal from the inside. Finding a reliable vehicle hail damage repair near me is my top priority to ensure the interior goes back together without any weird rattles. I have heard that skilled technicians can access those roof panels quite easily without causing interior damage.
Updating an older property often comes with unexpected challenges behind the drywall. That is why we are trying to find local contractors services near me with experience in homes built before the 1970s. We need to update our plumbing and electrical panels without destroying the original lath and plaster walls. For a project like this, is it common to have a dedicated site supervisor present every day, or do the subcontractors work mostly independently? Having a single point of contact seems like it would reduce miscommunication significantly during the framing and rough-in stages.
