SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI – FEBRUARY 9, 2022 – Julie Harris, an 8-year veteran of talent solutions firm KellyMitchell Group, Inc., has been promoted to Vice President of Delivery. In this role, she will be responsible for ensuring the company can meet the workforce demand presented by its diverse client portfolio by overseeing training, development, retention, and performance of KellyMitchell’s National Recruitment Team. This national scope allows Harris to build recruitment best practices across all locations, increasing efficiencies and client success, and improving employee engagement across the enterprise.
Harris began her career with KellyMitchell as an IT Recruiter in Chicago and has since held various leadership roles, most recently serving as Senior Delivery Director in the Greater Chicago Area. During her tenure, Harris has played an instrumental role by mentoring recruiters and managing national accounts for top Fortune 500 clients in a fast-paced sales environment.
