Who We Are

Our nationwide team includes athletes, photographers, collectors, gamers, musicians, volunteers, bloggers, chefs, gardeners, singers, readers,  travelers and sailors. We have graduated from schools including Saint Louis U., Harvard, University of Ohio, Notre Dame, Washington University, UCLA, Columbia, University of Minnesota, Cornell and Mizzou. We’ve worked for IBM, Nike, at&t, Target, Walgreens, MasterCard, Johnson & Johnson, General Mills, Boeing and Merrill Lynch (to name a few).


Cassandra Sanford, CEO and Co-founder

Cassandra Sanford, CEO and Co-founder

Cassandra is responsible for the operation and management of KellyMitchell. With nearly a decade of experience in the professional services industry for Fortune 500 corporations, her experience reaches into business strategy, business development and human resources. Her experience in recruitment, sales and account management is accompanied by a specialized focus in technology consulting. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and a J.D. in Corporate Law from Saint Louis University. In addition, she is a licensed attorney by the Missouri Bar Association.


Mark LoCigno, President and Co-founder

Mark LoCigno, President and Co-founder

Mark is responsible for the direction of sales and account management at KellyMitchell. He has extensive experience in recruiting, sales and account management for Fortune 500 companies. With six years of hands-on experience as a programmer / analyst, Mark possesses a strong technical background in addition to his fifteen years of information technology consulting experience. He holds a B.S in Aeronautics from Parks College of Saint Louis University, as well as an Executive M.B.A. from Washington University in Saint Louis.


Rebecca Boyer, Vice President and CFO

Rebecca Boyer, Vice President and CFO

Rebecca joined KellyMitchell in May 2004. She is responsible for the financial operation of the organization. Her background includes public as well as private accounting. Prior to joining KellyMitchell, Rebecca was CFO of The Jones Company of Tennessee and Chesterfield Valley Development. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, as well as an Executive M.B.A. from Washington University in Saint Louis. In addition, Rebecca is a licensed Certified Public Accountant by the Missouri State Board of Accountancy.


Rachelle Bauer, Director of Client Services

Rachelle Bauer, Director of Client Services

Rachelle joined KellyMitchell in September, 2001, and has been in the staffing industry her entire professional career. She has held almost every title at KellyMitchell—recruiter, account manager, recruiting manager, branch manager and now Director of Client Services—but ultimately her job hasn’t changed much over the years. Rachelle is still responsible for helping to grow the business by helping people get jobs and pursue new opportunities across the country. She holds a B.S. in Journalism and Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Kansas State University.
